Again, THANKS! 

I finished compiling and instaling the sound software in my laptop (again, 
linuxfromscratch.org) and everything is working now as advertised.
There is a reason why I decided to go through the pain and sorrow of 
building my own Linux, and *IT IS* paying off!   :) 

As a bonus, I also finished compiling my first X server, now lets see if I 
can make it work...   8)
But sound and the program (Listener) W-O-R-K-S!!!!    8-9
I'll keep you guys posted.
